If the weather doesn't cooperate on the day of an outdoor shoot, we can discuss alternatives, such as rescheduling the session or braving the weather, depending on the conditions. My favorite and most fun sessions have happened during "poor" weather. I want to ensure the best possible outcome for your photos, and Ill do my best to be flexible in adapting to unforeseen circumstances.

Great news! For now, I’m offering no travel fee for sessions within a one-hour drive of Knoxville, Tennessee. That means you can enjoy a stunning photoshoot without worrying about extra costs!


Flat U.S. Travel Fee: $1,500

For weddings and sessions that require flight travel anywhere in the U.S., I charge a flat travel fee of $1,500.

This covers round-trip airfare, hotel stay, rental car, and travel time so I can arrive rested and ready to capture your day.

Keeping it simple means you never have to worry about hidden costs, just one flat rate, anywhere in the country.


Arizona Weddings: Since Arizona is still home for me, you’ll receive a discounted travel rate of $1,000.
