You guys, I cannot get over how gorgeous this family maternity session turned out! 🌷✨ If you’ve been following along, you know this is my first spring in Tennessee, and let me tell you, it’s a whole different world compared to spring in Arizona. In Arizona, spring means a warm breeze and desert flowers, but here in East Tennessee, spring is lush, colorful, and full of life. And what better way to celebrate this new season than by capturing this growing family among the tulips?

Why Tulips? Why East Tennessee?
Tulips are the perfect symbol of new beginnings, and what better way to celebrate the arrival of a little one than with flowers that bloom with so much beauty and promise? Plus, if you’ve never seen the tulip fields here in East Tennessee, you’re seriously missing out. The colors are vibrant, the air smells fresh, and the backdrop is everything. It’s a stark contrast to my Arizona springs, where it’s warm and dry. Here, everything feels like it’s coming alive.
But, like I mentioned, spring here has a short window, so we were lucky to capture this session just as the tulips were in full bloom.

The Moments I’ll Never Forget.
This session was so full of love, and I’m so glad I got to capture these moments for this sweet family. Watching their little one run through the tulips, so excited about baby sibling, and seeing mom and dad share quiet, tender moments—everything felt so special. The tulips really brought everything together.
